For accountants and business advisers
Your clients will ask you about the EU AI Act. Have the answer ready.
Since August 2026, every business that uses AI tools, even just ChatGPT, has a few simple duties under the EU AI Act. Send each client a link: they answer five minutes of questions on their phone and get their AI file. You see who is done.
Free for your firm. No card, no setup call.

How it works for your firm
Create your workspace
Your firm's name, an email and a password. About a minute, and free.
Send each client their link
Clareo writes the message. You send it by email or WhatsApp, so it comes from someone they know.
See who is done
Every client's status in one list, with a ready reminder for those who stopped halfway.
What each client gets: their AI file
Written for their business, dated, with every point tied to the article behind it.
Texts for your customers
The exact sentence your website chatbot should open with, and the label for AI-made images. With your business name, ready to paste.
Art. 50(1)A note for your team
A one-page note listing the AI tools you use and simple house rules, so staff know what is allowed. Dated, ready to email.
Art. 4A record of your AI tools
Every tool, what it is used for, whether it sees personal data, and what you did about it. Something to show a client, a partner or an auditor.
RegisterA page for your customers
A short “How we use AI” page, written for you, to link from your website footer. Customers see you are open about it.
OptionalA clear flag when it's serious
If you use AI to screen job applicants or decide on credit, Clareo says so plainly and tells you to see a lawyer. It never guesses.
Annex III
You recommend. You don't sign.
The business answers for itself
Each client fills in its own answers and stays responsible for them. Its file says “Recommended by” your firm.
Indicative, never a certificate
Every point names its article. High-risk uses get a plain “see a lawyer”, not a guess.
Little data, kept in the EU
A business name and answers about AI use, stored in Frankfurt. No access to your clients' systems.
Free for your firm
No subscription for accountants. Your workspace, invites and client list cost nothing.

Each business pays Clareo directly: €149 once for its AI file, or €19 a month to keep it up to date as EU guidance changes. Your firm earns 20% of what your clients pay, for as long as they stay.
Prices exclude VAT.
What accountants ask first
Am I taking on liability by recommending it?
You recommend a tool; you don't sign anything. Each business answers the questions itself and stays responsible for its answers. The AI file says “Recommended by” your firm, states that it is indicative and not legal advice, and names the article behind every point. When a use is high-risk, it tells the business to see a lawyer instead of guessing.
What do my clients have to do?
Open the link you send them and answer a few questions on their phone: which AI tools they use and what for. It takes about five minutes. Their answers are saved as they go, so they can stop and come back with the same link.
Which of my clients need this?
Any client whose team uses AI tools: ChatGPT or Copilot for emails, an AI chatbot on their website, AI images for social media. Under the AI Act every business that uses AI must help its staff understand it (Article 4), and some uses need a notice for customers (Article 50).
Do my clients need an account?
No. Each client gets a private link. Only people who have the link can see that client's file, so send it to your client only.
Does Clareo email my clients?
No. Clareo writes the message and you send it yourself, by email or WhatsApp. Your clients get the invite from someone they know.
Where is the data kept?
In the EU (Frankfurt). Clareo stores the business name and its answers about AI use. It does not look inside your clients' systems.

Give your clients an answer before they ask.
Free for your firm. Your first invite takes about two minutes.
